Renting Items
If you have decided to rent an unfurnished hall, you may
be required to rent tables and chairs from a rental store.
If your wedding is outdoors it will likely be necessary
for you to rent a tent. You will be able to rent linens,
glassware, and dishes.
For the cake you may need to rent serving accessories, or
a champagne fountain, candleholders, or a moneybox all of
these are considered specialty items. Be sure to take the
time to ask the rental store if you are looking for
something that is not shown on their list, they may be
able to purchase it through their supplier.
When writing up your contract it is important that you are
specific and include all details such as colours,
quantities, and the style numbers. You should also include
who will be returning and cleaning up the rented materials
and relevant times and dates.
