If you decide to make your own, the U-brew will have all the ingredients, instructions, and equipment that you will require. It takes less then an hour to make the beer and wine and even less time to bottle the finish product. You may choose to keep the beer in a keg with a dispenser, instead if having it all in bottles.  It will take about a month to complete the whole process, so it is important that you don't leave the work until the last minute.  You can take the time to personalize wine bottles for what is consumed at the wedding or perhaps as party favours for your guests. It is important to make your guests aware if you are going to have a cash bar so that they will bring money with them.
